What is Neurochart and how does it work? +
Neurochart is an AI-powered trading research platform that provides instant technical analysis for stocks, crypto, forex, and ETFs. Enter any ticker symbol, select your timeframe (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly), and our AI analyzes price patterns, technical indicators (RSI, MACD, Moving Averages), support/resistance levels, news sentiment, and generates actionable trade plans with entry points, stop losses, and profit targets. We use real-time data from Polygon.io combined with Claude AI (by Anthropic) for intelligent analysis across 5 comprehensive tabs.
What assets can I analyze? +
Neurochart supports: Stocks (AAPL, TSLA, NVDA, etc.), ETFs (SPY, QQQ, VOO, etc.), Cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, SOL, DOGE, and 70+ other coins), and Forex pairs (EURUSD, GBPJPY, USDJPY, etc.). Each asset type gets tailored analysis - stocks include SEC filings and ownership data, crypto gets on-chain resources, and forex shows central bank links. The Resources tab automatically adjusts to show relevant external links for each asset type.
What timeframes are available? +
Three timeframes: Daily (best for day traders and active swing traders), Weekly (ideal for swing traders holding 1-4 weeks), and Monthly (for position traders and long-term investors). The AI adjusts its analysis based on your selection - Daily gives tighter stop losses and shorter-term targets, while Monthly provides wider ranges suited for longer holding periods. The Trade Plan tab shows recommendations for Day Trading, Swing Trading, and Position Trading styles within each timeframe.
What are the 5 analysis tabs? +
🧠 AI Technical Summary: Buy/Sell/Hold recommendation, confidence score, risk score, trading style recommendations, AI Deep Insights (bear case, market context, what-if scenarios), and follow-up question box.

📋 Trade Plan: Three trading styles (Day/Swing/Position) with entry timing score, specific entry/stop/target prices, risk-reward ratios, visual price ladder, and position sizing calculator.

📈 Technicals & Chart: Live TradingView chart, trend analysis (Golden/Death Cross), chart patterns with backtest data, candlestick patterns, divergence detection, price levels, and moving averages.

📰 News: Latest headlines with AI sentiment analysis (Bullish/Bearish/Neutral), news grade scoring, and direct source links.

📚 Resources: 30+ external links to SEC filings, financial statements, ownership data, analyst estimates, options chains, and social sentiment - automatically customized for stocks, crypto, or forex.
What is the Risk Score and how is it calculated? +
The Risk Score is a proprietary 1-10 rating that combines 6 factors: Beta (volatility vs market), Debt-to-Equity (financial leverage), 52-Week Range (price volatility), Profit Margins (profitability), Market Cap (company size), and Short Interest (bearish sentiment). Scoring: 1-3 = Low Risk (stable, established companies), 4-6 = Moderate Risk, 7-10 = High Risk (volatile, speculative). The score helps you gauge position sizing - higher risk may warrant smaller positions.
Can I ask follow-up questions about my analysis? +
Yes! Each analysis includes a follow-up question box in the AI Summary tab. The AI remembers all the context from your analysis, so you can ask things like: "What's the biggest risk right now?", "Is this a good entry point?", "Compare this to competitors", "Explain the bear case in more detail", or "What would change your recommendation?". This is one of Neurochart's most powerful features for getting personalized insights.
What is the Entry Timing Score? +
The Entry Timing Score (1-10) in the Trade Plan tab tells you whether NOW is a good time to enter. It analyzes factors like: RSI levels (oversold/overbought), price relative to support/resistance, MACD momentum, volume confirmation, and trend alignment. Scoring: 8-10 = "Enter Now" (strong setup), 5-7 = "Good entry, wait for confirmation", 1-4 = "Wait for better entry" (consider waiting for a pullback or clearer signal). Each factor that contributes to the score is shown so you understand why.
What are the hover tooltips? +
We've added 155+ educational definitions throughout the app. Any term with a dotted underline (like RSI, MACD, Golden Cross, P/E Ratio, Stop Loss, etc.) will show a plain-English explanation when you hover over it. This helps traders of all experience levels understand technical concepts without leaving the app. Perfect for learning while you research!
What's in the Resources tab? +
The Resources tab provides 30+ external links organized by category, automatically tailored to your asset type:

For Stocks: Financial statements (Income, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K), ownership data, insider transactions, analyst estimates, options chains, social sentiment (X/Twitter, Reddit, StockTwits), and more.

For Crypto: CoinGecko, CoinMarketCap, blockchain explorers, DEX Screener, DeFiLlama, Fear & Greed Index, Coinglass, and crypto news sources.

For Forex: Central bank links (Fed, ECB, BoJ), economic calendars, currency strength meters, COT data, and forex-specific analysis tools.
How does the Position Sizing Calculator work? +
The Position Sizing Calculator in the Trade Plan tab helps you determine how many shares to buy based on proper risk management. Enter your Account Size (total trading capital), Risk Per Trade % (typically 1-2% recommended), Entry Price, and Stop Loss Price. The calculator outputs: number of shares to buy, total position value, and maximum dollar loss. This ensures you never risk more than you're comfortable losing on any single trade.
How many analyses can I run? +
Free users get 2 free analyses to try Neurochart. Pro subscribers ($14.99/month or $149.99/year) get 100 analyses per month, which resets on your billing date. You can track your remaining analyses in the header next to your username. Each unique ticker + timeframe combination counts as one analysis, but you can revisit previous analyses from your Watchlist without using additional credits.
How do I save analyses to my Watchlist? +
Click the star icon (⭐) in the header after running an analysis to save it to your Watchlist. Your Watchlist tracks performance over time - you'll see the percentage gain/loss since you added each ticker. Click the "Saved" button in the header anytime to view your saved analyses and quickly revisit previous research without using additional analysis credits.
Where does the market data come from? +
Real-time and historical price data comes from Polygon.io, a professional-grade market data provider. Charts are powered by TradingView widgets with live streaming. News headlines are aggregated from multiple sources. AI analysis is powered by Claude AI (by Anthropic), specifically the Haiku model optimized for speed and accuracy. This combination provides institutional-quality data and analysis at an accessible price point.
How accurate is the AI analysis? +
Our AI provides technical analysis based on real market data and established trading indicators. Each analysis includes a confidence score (0-100%) reflecting signal strength. However, no analysis tool can predict markets with certainty. Technical analysis shows probabilities, not guarantees. We strongly recommend using Neurochart as ONE input in your research alongside your own due diligence. Past patterns don't guarantee future results, and all trading involves substantial risk of loss.
Is this financial advice? +
No. Neurochart is an educational research tool only. All analysis, trade plans, and recommendations are for informational and educational purposes only - they do not constitute financial advice. Trading stocks, crypto, forex, and other securities involves substantial risk of loss. You should always do your own research and consider consulting a licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Never trade with money you can't afford to lose.
How do I cancel my subscription? +
You can cancel anytime from your Account page. Click "Manage Subscription" to access the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel, update payment methods, or download invoices. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No questions asked, no hassle, no hidden fees.
