Neurochart is an AI-powered stock, cryptocurrency, and forex analysis platform that provides technical analysis, trade recommendations, and educational content for informational purposes only.

2. Important Disclaimer

Trading stocks, cryptocurrencies, forex, options, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. The valuation of these instruments may fluctuate, and as a result, you may lose more than your original investment. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Always conduct your own research and consult with a licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be at least 18 years of age

4. Subscription and Billing

Neurochart offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Tier: New users receive 2 free analyses to evaluate the Service
• Monthly Subscription: $14.99/month for unlimited analyses
• Annual Subscription: $149.99/year for unlimited analyses (save ~17%)

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 7 days of purchase if you believe you are entitled to a refund.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or algorithms
• Use automated scripts to access the Service without our permission
• Share your account credentials with others
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the analysis content
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Use the Service to manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent activity

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided data), features, and functionality are owned by Neurochart and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including:

• Supabase: For authentication and data storage
• Google OAuth: For secure login
• Cloudflare Turnstile: For bot protection and security
• TradingView: For interactive charting widgets

We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services. Please review their respective terms and policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neurochart and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Any trading losses or investment decisions made based on our analysis
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the analysis provided
• Any interruption or cessation of the Service

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neurochart and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms
